Take the guess work out of your routine. This 8 week program is progressive with very little home equipment needed. Tools: Ball, Band, Dumbells ( modify bench exercises with the stability ball. )

Pause or stop the workout at any time
Repetitions are set based on using a challenging weight. Add or reduce repetitions based on your ability.
